At the time of your office visit, payment will be expected in full. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash or check. We also may accept Workers’ Compensation, Medicare and preferred provider contracts though our policies vary for each provider. The Steadman Clinic does NOT accept Medicaid or Cover Colorado. Please check with our office to verify that we accept your specific provider. Our team is happy to offer services to patients covered under the following participating insurance providers:

Physical Therapy
Charges for physical therapy may also be included in the total charge of your appointment, but are billed separately. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.
Workers’ Compensation
Because some of the foot and ankle injuries that our team treats do occur on the job, we process Worker’s Comp cases. A patient whose injury is work-related must provide The Steadman Clinic with an authorization letter from the employer or workers compensation carrier. At the time of medical service, we will need to know the claim or case number, medical records/billing contact person, phone number and the billing address.
Billing Information
We request either payment in full or partical co-pay as required by the insurance provider. Please contact our business office if you have any questions regarding your coverage or account balance.
